Bathroom Renovations

Alireza and his team helped renovate my condo unit. The work included:
1. converting a 2 piece to a 3 piece washroom that required new floor and wall tiles, re-configuring the entire layout of the washroom, reusing the existing doors and fixtures.

2. building a custom archway in the living room

3, painting work for ceilings and walls

4. a drop ceiling in the dining room as a light box with new light fixtures

5. a new laundry room

6. furniture assembly

7. Miscellaneous flooring, electrical and plumbing work.

Alireza and his team were meticulous in making sure that all the parts that needed to be reused were not damaged, and the quality of the finish and the work was amazing! I highly recommend hiring him! - 4/19/2025

Of all the contractors I had called, he was the only one who was giving me honest and realistic solutions and was able to pre-warn be about some issues that could come up. I immediately had the confidence that he was the right man for the job. Despite delays and changes on my end, Alireza and his team were able to meet the deadline and have my place ready for me. My husband and I had a great experience with Royal T Designs! From the day I connected with Alireza to the day everything was completed, we were both extremely impressed and happy with the level of service we received. We actually started off wanting to do a bathroom renovation but when we saw the quality and professionalism of Alireza, we added additional projects like changing our light fixtures to pot holes and much more.
